Our second stay in this hotel and that says it all. All is good here, the location, the breakfast, a brilliant balcony room, great aircon, lots of hot water, a functioning lift and nice staff.

Very clean rooms and welcoming staff. They provided an excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms, and a fascinating historical building. The location was ideal and they didn't hesitate to keep our bags for the extra day before our flight in the evening.

Mr. Muhammad (aka Ramses II) is very helpful! From the moment I've arrived he helped me to arrange my stay. He used to be a tourist guide so his egyptology knowledge is very impressive! With his help, I took trips (organised by him with personal driver) to Saqqara, Dashur, Giza and Memphis (trips around Cairo are also possible). He was always there to answer my questions about Ancient and Modern Egypt! The room was clean with very nice view from the balcony. The hotel itself is a crazy mix between traditional style and ancient Egypt fantasy :) Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Location is very near Metro Station and Egyptian Musuem. Special thanks to Semi (miss your smile Buddy) And to Shafir and his family and friends. Best Ramadan's dinner that I ever had! :)

The manager is excellent, Muhammad is very helpful! He helps you in every way he can and answers and explain to you in your questionS. Soober is so kind ,helpful as only he can be. Saale is so sweet man and Sammy is also helpful. The people in the front desk will are good too. I would not think it twice to recommend the new palace hotel. thank you,

The location is perfect, only 15-20 minutes walking to Ramses train station. The staff is friendly and very professional. Breakfast was perfect.

Nice and welcoming staff even in late night. Accomodating reception where you can leave your bags for your day excursion. Good breakfast on the rooftop included in the price.

New Palace Hotel is tremendous. I booked at midnight, arrived 1.30 am , and didn't have local currency. Mustafa the night manager was so welcoming and said don't worry ,rest and can sort out next day. The rooms are large , comfortable and have balconies with views. Comfortable beds, clean and good wifi. Lovely classic building with great ,helpful and friendly security. Cleaning staff are so good. Great breakfast if required. Mustafa, Soliman, Mohammed and the lovely lady who all rotate on the front desk, managerial job are so helpful,friendly and great at their job. And English speaking. A special mention of Sammi who helped with so many things . Great job Sammi. This hotel is such good value for the price. You could spend so much more on other hotels not nearly as good. This hotel is in the heart of Downtown Cairo. 5 mins walk to the center. You couldn't find a more convenient location for all the popular places to visit. Near subway as well. I will be back here as soon as possible. I call it my home in the magnificent city of CairoNew Palace Hotel
